Many of the trails around Mogo have been used in the Angry Doctor XCM races. Those who have visited these trails as part of the Angry Doctor/Irate Intern events will probably agree - the village of Mogo is almost surrounded by some of the best single track you'll find anywhere.

The local bike club, Eurobodalla Cyclists, maintain a terrific marked set of tracks from a track head just near the corner of Maulbrooks Rd and Dam Rd in Mogo State forest, just south west of the town.

There are other tracks to the east of Mogo. Start at the intersection of Dog Trap Rd and the Ridge Rd for some of the best ones. "Little Andrew's" heads off NW along the Ridge Rd. "Abalone" heads off towards Mogo along Dog Trap Rd. There are other tracks in the area as well.

So while Mogo State Forest extends East and West of the Princes Highway the best marked trails can be found to the West.

Take a topo map and good sense of direction, because this area is vast and you could get lost for days in the maze of sniggle you'll find. But hey, is that a bad thing?
