The final stretch, about 3kms from the finish line in the 100Km classic. Good excuse to stop and stretch the cramps out before sprinting to the finish.
Dirtworks Views
This is somewhere on the third loop on the Dirtworks 100Km classic. The winner got in over an hour and a half before I took this, and from what I recall there's still 25Kms to go!
Dirtworks Climb
The first climb on the Dirtworks 100Km classic. This is way steep, don't see anyone riding do you? It's the same in the other direction and there's still another 90Kms to go!
Dirtworks Start
7:35am (erm... or perhaps a minute before) - despite what the sign says this is the starting coral at the Dirtworks 100Km classic.
Long Trail Lookout
Well, it's not really a lookout but nice view all the same. You've just made it up that nasty hill so it's nice and easy all the way to the end of the Long Trail.
Royal Bush Fire Re-growth
There's some great single trail around the Royal National Park. Here's a section that's a bit eerie. Apparently all but destroyed by bush fires a few years back there's a lot of green re-growth stuff about.
