On Wednesday 21 I will be able to ride during the day, I can provide transportation from Waterloo to where ever we go, anyone keen?

Suggest you set up a ride meeting, you can cancel if it doesn't come off!

Oh look... I am available that day for some fun daytime riding Laughing out loud

Where do you fancy? I'd prefer somewhere local as driving miles in weekday traffic is no fun Sad

OK - I've got time too on Wednesday...so let's set something up....

Terrey Hills, Duckholes and Centre, Towlers bay etc...? Salvation track? Any time between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm is good for me.

Please post it as a ride meeting. Eye-wink

Thx, Hans

I like to start around 1PM but i can acomodate to be earlier (but not before 11). If it is cool i like to ride at midday when there is plenty of hours to get lost Smiling. If it is too hot as a few weeks ago i think a bit later is better.
Regarding the place, i just dont want to go to manly dam Smiling and of course i want as much single track as possible Smiling When by myself i usually go to Red Hill or Menai but i am open to other tracks. The main thing is get out and ride far from cars and city noises.
I am coming from Waterloo. I guess both of you are in the north so we better ride something up there...

Oh dear... there's no sniggle up here Sad

Unless you want to go to Ourimbah Eye-wink

I ride some single tracks in Red Hill, ok most of it is a broken fire trail, wide but challenging, but there are also some single tracks there. I remember also being in Cascades last year riding some down hill single tracks, althoug the climbing up out was a real pain, hence i didn't come back yet.

Ah... perhaps you should mention if you're looking for an XC epic or just some playing around on technical stuff?

There is a nice DH section at Cascades but then you have to climb out. Hills are your friends though you know Eye-wink

You can do that, then go over and ride the sniggle by Mona Vale road perhaps? Then loop around a while before heading back to start?

I'll be finishing a job at 13:45 in Glebe on Wed 21/10.

If you start earlier, I will live, but if i can make it, great. I can park 'Princess' in their office, and then go straight to ride location after job.

Everytime I type an email today trying to extract details and committments of dates and times from clients I have that electronic graphics Youtube video voice stuck in my head. That thing is soooo funny!

Yes, I should mention that I prefer the playing around on technical stuff. In fact my epic rides are only when i get lost in the bush Smiling
the Cascades-MonaValeRd-LoopAround sounds good to me, although the hills are not too friendly to me on the up hill Smiling
Is that good for you? Where do we meet?
Noel, can you make it if we meet at 2pm? Is that a good time Rob, Hans?

Hans's picture

Bienvenido!

I can only do until ~ 3 PM, so I prefer earlier start, say 11 am. But go ahead if you have consensus from the others Eye-wink

Cheers, Hans

Forecast says up to 31grades on Wed... It seems more for the kayak than a ride but i need the ride more Smiling
I will create a ride meeting at 11AM to start at cascades to go on the downhill track (if i find it).

Sounds like a plan... meet at Ralston Ave or end of Wyatt is better for that.
