Some of the wild life on the Perimeter Track, Terry Hills. I've been told this charming aussie is a python.....Thanks for going down the trail first Patrick...I'll let you go first ALLWAYS from now on!

Not poisonous snakes, but will they can still give you a nasty bite! Can also be quite tame around suburbia...

This one was big enough not to be afraid of anything. Certainly not two sweaty blokes climbing all over it's home carrying bikes.

He was also evidently one of those cloudy day snakes.

I was riding around the Dam two weeks ago and my brother ran over a red bellied black snake infront of me.

That is why the younger brother goes first!

Awesome snake... where abouts on Perimeter did you find this?

I did perimeter / long on Aust day in 30+ degrees and was keeping a very close eye out for those nasty browns!

... but we'd have to kill you. Or feed you to the snake Sticking out tongue

All I can say is it was a side track running off Perimiter. The log is too big to ride over - so that should give you an idea of how big this guy was.

On the subject of browns, I'd suggest you give it the right of way if you ever see one. By reputation they're not exactly timid.

Is there something about your dietary preferences you need to tell us... your first name wouldn't be Hannibal by any chance? Eye-wink
