NOW SOLD.

Its that time of year again.....bargain hunters beware....

A great opportunity to buy probably the 'winning-est' bike Australian Marathon and XC racing from last year.
National Elite Marathon winner, Husky winner, Capital Punishment winner, Willo winner, 2nd National Elite Short-track, 4th National Elite Cross-Country...
Jenny is selling her Superfly to make room for this years weapon of choice.
What is excellent news for the buyer is this will be a BRAND NEW frame that will never have been ridden. We are still waiting to get it from Trek, so will build it up and never ride it. It should arrive this week or maybe next.

The spec:
Medium Superfly Elite frame (Jenny is 5' 8.5" / 174cm)
FULL SRAM XX groupset.
Bontrager XXXLite seatpost, X-lite stem with negative rise, or Ritchey WCS with positive rise
2xBontrager XXXLite Waterbottle cages
Crank Bros Egg Beater 4Ti (the filthy expensive ones) pedals
Choice of bars and also saddle for buyer (we have a couple of options)
2 PAIRS of Wheels - training and racing....
Training: Bontrager Race X-lite (the standard spec wheels with the pimpy white spokes) with Racing Ralph tyres mounted.
Racing: Custom TWE special build. TWE hubs on Stans Crest rims, built with DT Revolution spokes. Green nipples. 1440grm. Choice of tyres.

Depending on tyre choice, the total weight of the bike can be as low as 8.8kg with pedals.

So - to clarify - its the full race bike, with a spare set of wheels. The bike itself will have a 'never been ridden' frame. Literally one ride ago (65km) I replaced all brake pads, bled the brakes, and fitted a new chain and Bottom-Bracket too. (Husky was tough on the bikes!).
Obviously, when the new frame arrives, it will receive all new cables.

Its been maintained regardless of cost and is really a ripper of a bike.

No photos yet (as the frame is pretty much stripped down) but take a look at Jennys website...
www.jennyfaymtb.com for some images.
Otherwise, it (and she) has been in a bunch of AMB magazines so you will probably see it in there.

Please get in touch if you have any questions etc. I dont expect it o hang around for too long....

Crank Bros Egg Beater 4Ti (the filthy expensive ones) pedals

Damn those pedals are hot!!! How much just for on their own?

You wont beleive this Phil - but we have 3 spare pairs in the garage.
Let me look. Jenny is switching to Shimano pedals this year I think.

We have 2 pairs of the older style 4Ti egg beaters, and 1 pair of the brand new style Egg Beater 11 (again 4ti). There are fresh cleats everywhere too.

I'll check tonight or over the weekend and get back to you via PM.

@Everyone else - the new frame is confirmed in the country, we will have it next weekend, so could easily bring the bike to Bottlebutt for someone to use on race day or to view.
