DH sessions over easter long weekend: lisdale/awaba
anyone keen to have a big ride over the long weekend? perhaps sat? thinking of awaba, lisdale or somewhere new like that..
as for lisdale, flynny or anyone from the area, is it pretty easy to locate the DH tracks if you havent been there before?

yeah pretty basic to find.
Turn off the highway, go down Forest Ridge rd for 700m and as it swings to the left, park on the left. Tracks are all still bunted form club racing
thanks man, that looks tops! are they all DH tracks? are shuttles possible there too or is it old school to the top?
Acid bomb, Hip and miss, the God father and Fordies are thew Dh trails.
Shuttles are possible but I wouldn't bother. By the time you load up the ute you can be back at the top and off on another run
sweet sounds good, so not a huge hike a bike to the top spending all your energy to get up there then? are the dh trails themselves easily found? and lastly, is it worth the drive to do mailnly just the dh's? sorry to be a pain, just trying to get a good picture of it, is a long drive!
I reckon this sounds pretty grouse. Alex, can you hire that van you took to Canberra again? If you do, I will be there in fullpeice spandex speed suit ready to go. Gnarly dude.

The trails are fairly basic but have enough fun to fill in a day. If you get sick of them, shuttle runs on the Hassans Wall trails is always an option in the afternoon

State Mine track is officially closed...
Hassans Walls is in Lithgow and contains numerous trails.
The Gun Club Dh would be the pick for shuttling if you are not familiar with the area.
