The warmer weather has left the track dry and firm and ready to be ridden! Expect to see some local wildlife on and around the track this time of year, including Goanna's and Kangaroos.

Was a bit damp before it rained at dusk. Forecasted Rain for 2 more days but nobody trusts a weatherman. Play it by ear.

Mount Annan Botanic Garden update for 05 Dec
All good .... and a new bit too.
There is now an additional 400m of track on the advanced loop near where the intermediate track rejoins. No real features on the extension which only adds 100m to the full lap as it replaces more of the fire trail.

Ouch. Ouch. Ouch, again.
Track is in good condition but very dry and dusty.
Beware - there are lots of big, sharp thistles encroaching on the track in many places. You will find them all on your first lap.

Just a note on train travel here. Get off Heathcote station. You can ride straight onto the bush track from the Eastern side just behind the Fire Station

Tisane trail
Yesterday in the AM I discovered an unknown downhill trail starting from Tisane Avenue in Frenchs Forest. It is around a 1km or a bit more and it goes straight to the Oxford Falls C3 church. There are some berms and small jumps that I have constructed there.
Anybody is welcome to work/maintain/ride the track and I think this place should be better known for how good it is!

Fairly well dried out considering how much rain sydney has had, a few slick sections but everywhere mostly bone dry!
