Green/Open Perimeter and Long in great condition today. One boggy section, the rest is bone dry.
Still some smell from the hazard reduction burn, and while not particularly strong, if you are asthmatic you may wish to take it into consideration.
Option B would be to enter from the Japanese School as this only affects the section behind the houses from the Nerang Avenue entrance.
