Amber/Some Issues

Amber, definitely amber! Rode it early this morning Pretty wet just after the creek crossing all the way through the Allambie section. The rest of the track is ok. Needs a good 4-5 days to dry out.

On a good note for me I managed to pump out 3 laps in sub 2 hours (just, there were seconds in it!), not bad after 2 weeks without a ride! There was a lot of traffic including walkers and joggers. Watch out for some maintenance people walking the track too.

Do you have more information?

If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.

hello there. last time i went to manly dam i got really confused and lost. My question is can some one tell me which way the track goes when it splits in two, like one side usually had a sign with some writing on it (cant remember what though). Help would he greatly appreciated.

How far into the ride? Where did you start?

If you look at the Manly Dam section of "Rides" there is a good map with heaps of photos for Manly Dam. Although when I tried it just now, clicking on the photos on the "Map" tab doesn't actually show any photo!

If you're talking about the firetrail section after a long-ish slow climb, the normal direction there is to head downhill to the right on the single track. Where the Firetrail comes in from the left is part of an alternate route from Wakehurst Parkway. (I think the signs are about poison for Fox control?)
