I thought that most of the sniggle from the Wildflower Garden nursery through to Bunnings was not actually in the NP? Not so sure about Muppet Show though...
Splitting hairs perhaps, but it's not like using that sniggle involves going deep into the bush or anything?

But it makes it hard to thread together a decent ride without going over the same ground or going on the road.

At least we haven't lost any homes around here yet unlike in the mountains.

There's so much fuel on the ground that it does make me nervous.

Lach I thought the same and that is why I didn't it include when I did them last week but Hawkeye did and when I clicked on the link you'll see that the maps also include the fire trails around the back of the showground so for the purpose of updates I have included it this time. The sniggle is outside of the NP so you should be ok to ride that and given its proximity to MV Rd as an escape route I would think you would be fine to ride all of that.

.. better to err on the side of caution if the RFS forecasts for the next couple of days are accurate. I'd have to say it's a bit hard to see quite the same level of danger that they are talking, but they're the experts.....
